Mariana Santiago is a Brazilian artist, living in Rio de Janeiro. Architect, shy and took everything too seriously.

This project emerged as an opportunity to deconstruct the Self: "Leaving aside the rigid drawing techniques inherited from the college, the perfectionism of ballet and the exacerbated demand for who I am and what I do. In this new way I found myself inspired by imperfection. The unique and continuous lines generated by my loose hands create a freer and lighter universe on the blank paper and, in this way, I scribble a new me that can be anything. Without borders, the only limit is the leaf. material is not defined either, today is coal, tomorrow is apple tea. "
