In order for you to maintain your confidence and total satisfaction in the purchases made at Mariana.Studio, we have created an Exchange and Return Policy respecting the needs of our customers. The present general conditions of purchase and sale are the contractual adhesion clauses that you, the BUYER, must assume for the purpose of purchasing the product (s) you wish to make.

Important: All returns must be communicated to eumariana.st@gmail.com before resending the products. Products returned without this prior communication will not be resent.

All products will undergo a prior technical analysis to verify the existence of a manufacturing defect. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, Mariana Studio will arrange for the same product to be sent to the Customer's address.

Mariana Studio is exempt from the obligation to exchange any product whose defect has been caused by misuse.

We clarify that even if the request is made within seven calendar days foreseen for the withdrawal from the purchase, Mariana Studio reserves the right to arrange for the product to be repaired, under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code.
